I felt that Ryan, overall, did a good job. I felt he put a lot of pressure on me to do the refi. He called multiple times a day. I didn’t like that. Once the refi process was moving, I felt like he disappeared. Frankly, I’m still not 100% sure I made the right decision to do the refi.

I had a very disappointing experience with this loan officer. Throughout the process, he was dishonest about important details and constantly changed information that had already been discussed. He stated my mother in law would not be a resident of the home, that wasn't true. Communication felt condescending and unprofessional, especially when I asked questions or needed clarification, he would yell and talk over me. Instead of being helpful and transparent during a stressful process, he made me feel dismissed and misled. I would not recommend working with Jose if you value honesty, respect, and clear communication. I threatened to cancel the loan numerous times because of him.
