She is quick, understanding and very easy to talk to! Nikki was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I am so grateful to have had her assistance in the refinancing process. I was initially nervous at the idea of refinancing since we were on a good track towards paying off our home, but Nikki was able to crunch the numbers for us and explain the data in a way that showed us that we'd be able to pay off our loan even faster with the refinance options ...Nikki was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! I am so grateful to have had her assistance in the refinancing process. I was initially nervous at the idea of refinancing since we were on a good track towards paying off our home, but Nikki was able to crunch the numbers for us and explain the data in a way that showed us that we'd be able to pay off our loan even faster with the refinance options given (12 years vs. 15+ AND saving thousands!!).
