Steven is amazing - I was so impressed with him that in actually became a rocket mortgage shareholder. It was between rocket and another company - since I was leaving an apartment lease - it was important that I close on time so I went with rocket and we closed on time.

Fair review, in the beginning everything was great, very knowledgeable employee and great help, the end not so much, no communication, and lies. Never heard back. If the employee was unwell there should’ve have been someone else communicating with me.
