Had a very good experience with Ms. Caroline. Was always available when we had questions, and very good at guiding us through our financial process. We did have a small hiccup at the end, however was not at all due to Ms. Caroline. Turned out to be a small mistake from a local notary. Great job on Rocket Mortgages part, and Ms. Caroline!
