While the process started off to a great start, as soon as we signed everything the customer service was absolutely horrible. We were told about a 30-60 day closing but it took well over 90 days. In that time we had the hardest time getting in touch with anyone on the team. Lucas was completely unavailable. I left him several messages with no return calls. I left him several messages with no return calls. I spent well over 30 minutes on hold on several occasions just waiting to talk to someone. When I did finally get in touch with Lucas his response was that “they are swamped”. I found that to be inexcusable!
