Please understand that I am an unapologetic geriatric technophobe, and a former art major, to boot. I do not pretend to understand finances (other than balancing my checkbook obsessively), and don't care much about getting past email and Facebook. With that in mind, you will understand why I have become a Justin groupie.
He put everything in words I could understand . . . you know, conversational English. He was infinitely patient with my multitude of questions, and the barrage of emails full of questions I hadn't thought to ask in the first place. He stayed on the phone and guided me step-by-step through each one of the multitude of forms. And he led me through all of this without even once sounding condescending or patronizing.
