Jay was never available because of working from home during covid. Would blame family dinners, kids sports teams and the wife. When he did say he was available to us he never answered the phone. Called us two hours later. Did not notify us when they had issues with paperwork. Closing was almost delayed the day before due to this mess up in paperwork.
