Jo is the most amazing person! He was honest, polite, friendly and a blessing to have on my file. By our third phone call, I felt like I was talking to family. He was also knowledgable, quick and efficient! He made my first time buying a home easy and stress free. You can also tell he loves his job and wants to help! I thank God that my file got assigned to him.

What really stood out was how easy they made everything feel. The team was patient, responsive, and always willing to help whenever I needed assistance. It’s rare to find a company where every representative provides such outstanding customer service, but Rocket Mortgage truly exceeded my expectations.

I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free mortgage experience. Their professionalism, communication, and customer care made a huge difference, and I’m very grateful for all of their help especially Kristine!Read MoreRead Less
