Really appreciated Joseph staying on the phone late with me on a Friday night to get our refinance in the works and getting us a great rate. He didn't know when I called that I was trying to refinance because the lender our mortgage had been sold to had horrible customer service. They wouldn't answer the phone, didn't have us in their online system so we could pay our mortgage, hadn't sent us a ...Really appreciated Joseph staying on the phone late with me on a Friday night to get our refinance in the works and getting us a great rate. They wouldn't answer the phone, didn't have us in their online system so we could pay our mortgage, hadn't sent us a bill, and the best they could do was have their automatic system give us a call in five days. So yes, Joseph answering the phone, talking through all of my questions, calling back when our call got disconnected and setting us up with lower rate and payment all the while working late into a Friday night was a huge breath of fresh air. I'm going to give my mortgage payment to someone, so I absolutely prefer to give it to a company who hires someone like Joseph.
