Sonia was professional ,attentive and got me a better deal than the prior four individuals that I had spoken with in the time that I was looking for in a loan .Now of course the time of application can come into play regarding COVID etc . However one of those individuals was also from Rocket Mortgage and could not meet my merger needs .
