We worked with Jeremy. He doesn't respond to texts or emails. He took us to preapproval. Had me sink my savings into paying off my current home. Told us we were set, to schedule tours with our lender, the preapproval letter would be in my email. It didn't come that night. Or the next night. Or that weekend. Or the next night. Or that weekend. Finally, my he calls, says they noticed a missing paystub. To get it to them and they'll get the letter right out. So, I do. Still nothing. A few more days go by and I hear back from my him. He wants my w2s. Says they just noticed my work history. I'm a nurse. Have been for 15 yr. But, I became very ill, had to leave work and receive treatments for a few years, have been back at work full time for 1 year. Was completely transparent from the beginning. He says he didn't know that. Despite all the paperwork I filled out, despite all I tried to tell him. I sent him all the w2s from before my illness, proof of disability pay during my illness, proof of the years of work history. And he calls me the next day to say sorry, they've decided they can't help me! I told him that I am extremely disappointed in this and he had the nerve to ask why! AND, when I told him that disabled people buy homes, too, he said they didn't buy them in our price range!! Just wow! He said we are welcome to come back and try with them next year.
