Alan was upbeat and very helpful. The other people I had tried to work with prior (other companies) were either super slow to respond or were very low tech (no online portal, everything in person). He answers my questions about how each rate would impact fees and which would make better sense for my specific situation. The other guys just tossed out a rate and left it at that.
