Tito did a great job with the overall process. The only issue that I think needs improvement with Rocket Mortgage is communication in regards to who is handling each step. It seemed that everytime I called I got someone different yet I was never told that someone else would be handling that particular step.

This is my second time refinancing through Rocket Mortgage , now Rocket Mortgage. I would NOT have used your company again because of the constant solicitation calls I was receiving from your marketing dept. They were relentless, emails, phone calls, etc. etc.. But then I remembered Leena Boji.. I called her and she remembered me , she answered all my questions, was professional, polite, returned ...This is my second time refinancing through Rocket Mortgage , now Rocket Mortgage.
