I had a million questions, she always answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. She also worked very fast. It was amazing. her work ethics is just great. Lack of communication through out the entire process was disappointing. I talked to Taylor a total of 4 times was left feeling rushed and pressured to approve items. The closing costs changed by a significant amount and I had to reach out to find out what the issue actually was. Upon questioning why there was a difference I had to push the issue to get an actual answer and it was a mistake on their part. Quality of quantity and communication are severely lacking by EVERYONE at this organization. Not to mention no one ever actually called to tell us when our closing was and the address listed for closing was the wrong address. Overall major fail by Rocket Mortgage and Taylor. Buying a home or refinancing is a major purchase and customer service and communication throughout the process should be top priority.Read MoreRead Less
