First we are sorry it took so long for us to get this in.
We ( Karen and I Roger) were very happy with Justin. He was always up front with us, we knew that we could trust him. If we had a question or a problem we would get in touch with Justin and he would have the answer or would research our question and get back to us with answer. We have nothing but high praise for Justin.

Horrible experience. To start he waited two weeks to tell me that he needed more information from me and I had to reach out to him just to find that out. He would say one thing but then say another which completely contradicted what he said before, for example he told me that I couldn't get a loan because my debt to income needed to be under 71% but then told be my debt to income was at 61%.
