I cannot believe the reviews on this site. Austin was the absolute worst. First, he completely misrepresented the entire process. He tried to sneak in points to lower a rate that a competitor was offering. Once he was caught, he magically consulted a supervisor to match the rate. Then, as a selling tactic, told us that the closing process was faster than other banks. 30-40 days to close. It...I cannot believe the reviews on this site. Austin was the absolute worst. Tony was so patient and good with me while walking me thru the process of refinancing. Our service was bad & giving us problems on top of me never doing all this online so it was challenging for me.
