Not so good experience. I would not recommend working with Nate. We went through the whole process of getting a home loan. We were minutes away from being approved then all of a sudden he linked some student loan to our SS# and it completely screwed up everything. 2 months later he cannot tell us what happened. He messed up big time and cannot confess to his mistake.

He was very knowledgeable and personal. He made our entire refinancing experience much easier and was quick to follow up with answers or responses to our questions and/or concerns. And if he did not respond, he forwarded our questions to the right person to respond. While we did have a few bumps in the process, they were quickly met by Rocket mortgage/Rocket Mortgage.
