John is a top gun. He diligently worked with me to clear a couple of credit issues that caused my credit score to drop while I applied for a mortgage. At one point my dealings with the agents holding the credit accounts got slightly frustrating and I got upset. Johm was cool and professional and got me through it. In the end, which was fast, and with relatively little effort on my part, the problem accounts were deleted and my credits scores increased significantly. Julian gets down to business! We were exploring the opportunity to refinance and had just started shopping around. When we first connected with Julian, I had expressed our goals - reduce the term from 20 to 15 years and take advantage of the low market rates.
