My experience working with Abe was unbelievably amazing. Little back story: two Rocket Mortgage guys called me, talking all fast and super business on the go go go. I have a speech impediment. They got impatient with me and hung up in my face!!! Some weeks go by, and those 2 guys actually gave me the idea to refinance. I called Rocket Mortgage, told them about the 2 guys that hung up in my face, ...My experience working with Abe was unbelievably amazing. Some weeks go by, and those 2 guys actually gave me the idea to refinance. I called Rocket Mortgage, told them about the 2 guys that hung up in my face, and they tried to get me a refi loan, and they couldn't. Texas is near impossible to get a refi loan due all kinds of restrictions. Crazy thing, I forgot I ever called back! So I called Rocket Mortgage again out of the blue and Abe answered. I told them about the 2 guys that hung up in my face, and he seemed to take it personal! He somehow managed to squeeze out a loan even with Texas' laws and restrictions. He was patient with my and my stutter, he was diligent in his work, super knowledgeable, and was able to do what other employees at Rocket Mortgage were able to do. Save me a ton of money with a refi, was able to get me into a 20 year loan as opposed to 30. He's just... the best. Don't even consider working with anyone else if you have the option.
