The whole process of getting our refinance accomplished was opaque and burdensome. On both loans we refinanced, we were force to repeatedly reach out to Kyle and others on the Rocket mortgage team to get our refinance packages unstuck. Despite numerous statements that our loan would close within weeks and were easy to accomplish, the first loan took two months and the second took four months. ...The whole process of getting our refinance accomplished was opaque and burdensome. Despite numerous statements that our loan would close within weeks and were easy to accomplish, the first loan took two months and the second took four months. Multiple times I was required to verify my employment on each loan notwithstanding the fact I have worked continuously for the federal government for 29 years. The ONLY reason we ever did close was becuase of me peristently reaching out to multiple different indiciduals at Rocket. No one at the compnay took ownership of seeing the effort through to the end and clearly getting the job proprely for us was not a priority.
