My wife Irene and I found a new construction home for purchase, thinking the sales person was going to refer us a mortgage lender. We were told, we needed to find our own mortgage lender. The sales person said the home we were interested in would be finished within the month. I called Quick N Loan and talked to Brian. I explained my situation and the price of the home. I explained my situation and the price of the home. Brian took our information and within minutes, Brian said, "Congratulations". WOW!! "That was quick", I said.
Over the months I had to call Brian on numerous occasions, because the builder took eight months to finish the house, because of the Covid19 and weather conditions. Brian was wonderful always cheerful; encouraging; supportive. There were moments when Brian and I were talking I felt Brian was family.
