Hugh was assigned to me when I decided to move from California to Tennessee. I had used Rocket to refinance my home before and had a good experience. Near the closing date the seller of the home I was buying decided to move the closing date up by a week. Needless to say that put a lot of pressure on Rocket to speed up the process. He made it happen!!!
Hugh was always friendly, open, professional, and flexible. 100+ rating for Hugh.
The only suggestion I would make is that the website that provides the process tasks to buyers can be made more informative for each each task. Not a Hugh thing!Read MoreRead Less
