Kyle is a definite asset to Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage. While working with him on the purchase of a new home he wasn't just very knowledgeable on the process, but remained very helpful even though we think we called him way too much with questions. He remained very courteous and explained things in a manner that we could understand. Even as the loan progressed to other agents within Rocket Mortgage we would contact him and he'd refer us to someone that could help us or had that person contact us. Manar was responsive and professional. She seemed to be compassionate, which is important during these sometimes long, complex transactions. Only one important improvement needed, customers who are frustrated with a process would cope better if folks like Manar to the time to explain WHY things were happening. Rocket Mortgage/Rocket kept saying they were checking my employment--I was annoyed! This happened several times. I did not realize as time passes this information needs to be RE-verified every 30 days. If Manar just explained that, I am reasonable, and I would have understood and I would have had far more patience. Customer service must be direct, clear, and thorough.
