You disappeared once we said we were going to refinance. The night before we were to close a message appeared on our board. Something else was needed. After that everything went down hill. Papers sent in couldn't be found. No one seemed to know who was in charge. We were going to get 23,500 back when we closed the first time. Made three more house payments and got 20,500 back.
