This is my second refinance with Rocket Mortgage and the company makes it smooth and easy while thanks to Cameron because he does everything to help make it easy. I am not very good with electronics and he walked me through the process with grace. And had patience with all the times I stopped to handle household issues. Thank you Cameron!

It was terrible, this was my first house I have ever bought and I was in a rush to get it so it didnt get bought by someone else, it seemed like I was rushed and once the $500 deposit was given he disappeared off the face of the earth.. I was told they would attempt to match any rate I got else where.. did not happen because unless it was a hard pull on my credit offer then it was only a ...It was terrible, this was my first house I have ever bought and I was in a rush to get it so it didnt get bought by someone else, it seemed like I was rushed and once the $500 deposit was given he disappeared off the face of the earth.. I was told they would attempt to match any rate I got else where.. did not happen because unless it was a hard pull on my credit offer then it was only a estimate.. Part of it was promised a $60 PMI due to them bringing so much business to the people that provide the PMI then it doubled when I got my final loan offer.. i have good credit and they said it was because I was 8 points on my credit too low. Then when I tried to talk to him about it he disappeared I finally heard from him briefly then he disappeared again only to be contacted by someone else that said they would try and see what they could do which was nothing.. then I never heard from him again.. i even closed on the house and after the fact the 6.5% "Estimates" they called is the rate I could of gotten with someone else im stuck with 6.99% Even after the fact of closing I still haven't heard from him.. Terrible experience and if I didnt need the house so bad as I got a new job and Had to move due to it being 2 hours away I would of canceled the loan. Then I was bombarded with inspection and fix requests on the house i didnt even own yet 1, 5 days before closing and the second 3 days before closing. I have heard after the fact rocket is great if they are servicing your loan but I have yet to know if thats true as I just got the loan.. Beyond that I wouldn't recommend rocket to anyone.. thank you for helping me get the house I wanted but the experience was terrible and I still think I got screwed. 49% and an additional $60 a month for a doubled PMI i was promised.Read MoreRead Less
