Sean is courteous, knowledgeable, tries very hard not to say no, and it shows. Regularly goes above and beyond. I think he works 24/7. He says he doesn't, but I don't believe him. He has amazing customer service skills and etiquette. He's efficient and moves quickly, which I very much appreciate. Sean is a clear customer advocate who seems to love what he does.
