I am not sure where my somewhat dissatisfaction lies, but initially I approved a certain interest rate with a monthly payment reduction of approximately $60.00. But after more than 2 months, interest rates dropped, so I requested the lower rate. Little did I realize or was told that instead of a monthly payment reduction (with a lower interest rate), my monthly payment increased.
