She did not try to trap me with an aggressively high deposit too early in the process and was willing to lower the deposit amount since a competitor tried to hold me hostage with another deposit.

I sensed her eagerness and a touch of "toughness" due, I suspect, to the fact that she must deal with so many people, and with people of all sorts. We prospects can slip away when they think it's a done deal. I'm sure it's a wearisome role. She handles it with grace and poise.

Kristen was on top of her game. We walked through all options and rates together so that I could make an educated decision regarding my refinancing. Even after Kristen's portion of the loan was complete and I was heading in to closing, I was able to call Kristen and she answered all of my concerns. I highly recommend Kristen.
