It was an awesome experience working with Joe. He was very responsive and helped me through the process. Between my own hesitations and my wife’s, we probably dragged the process longer than it needed to be. But, Joe never pressured us and allowed us to move at our own pace. I’m so glad I did my refi through Rocket. It was so much easier than the traditional process.
