Lien was the best ever!!! I was so lucky Lien answered the phone when I called. I could not believe we closed in less than 3 weeks and we got the best rate!! Lien is a true professional, personable, friendly, smart, accommodating, helpful, patient, kind, etc! It was the truly the best experience I have had refinancing and this was not by any means our first refi....but it was the best~!! ...Lien was the best ever!!!
