The initial process and pre-approval process went seamlessly and my refinance and closing was set in SIX BIUSINESS DAYS! Christian was responsive in the initial inquiry - after that there really wasn't much interaction but there didn't need to be. He got me the solution I was looking for so I was happy. I didn't really give him 5 stars because other than setting up loan he didn't really need to get involved. It was transactional not exceptional customer management.
