As an older guy, doing such a big transaction online was a bit unnerving, but the process was simple and secure. Al was prompt on getting all the documents to me and was very quick to respond. Highly recommended.

Tiffany was the better agent that I dealt with through the whole process. I was not completely satisfied with the other agents I dealt with. Tiffany helped my first time home buying experience worth it, but when turned over to the other agents, it was very stressful. There was lack of communication with no certainties. Andrew helped me with my loan application and through the approval process. He was always available to answer my questions on weekends and nights even when I was not expecting an answer until the next day. I really consider Andrew like a friend.
