When I contacted Rocket Mortgage about refinancing Aliyah was the person that answered the phone. She was very helpful in helping me to fill out the paper work to get started on refinancing our loan. Whenever I had a question on information needed to help the process along I could always count on Aliyah to direct me in the right direction. When I made a curious inquiry on-line as to what the current rates were, I received a call from Jessica from Jessica within minutes. This was exceptional considering checking other institutions rates could take up to 2 - 3 weeks just to get call back, even the company that held our former mortgage. Sheree did amazing job leading me through the refinance process. She kept me informed and up to date on where my loan was in the process. If anything thing can up, she informed me in a timely manner to ensure my loan would stay on track of an early closing.
I don't think 5hat anyone could have done a better job than Sheree Brown.
