Pleasant. Knowledgeable, but was slow to respond to my IM's and emails. Ultimately I had to get his supervisor involved. He said that he would make sure that at closing that we would get a lower rate if the initially agreed upon rate dropped. I had to ask for this new lower rate. There are MANY disconnects related to the underwriter's not getting my paperwork and I had to send it multiple times. ...Pleasant. Knowledgeable, but was slow to respond to my IM's and emails. Stephen did call several times, two of which it was clear he had not read my file and the questions that I had asked. I had to ask him whether or not he would prefer to not have me as a client and whether I should be handed off to another Rocket Mortgage rep. This is NOT OK, especially when I was the one to reach out to Rocket Mortgage because I had several mortgages with Rocket Mortgage and was VERY happy with its servicing of my loans.Read MoreRead Less
