Almost zero communication. I had no idea what was going on with my loan status. When she did get talk to me she pretty much told me it wasnt going to happen anymore and she would start on closings the refinancing process. Later a client specialist called me and my loan was closed without any problems in less than a week.

Kevin Bell was a great person to work with. He answered all my concerns and you can guarantee he will respond to yourohone messages in a timely manner. Typically, I am hesitant about leaving messages but with Kevin he will respond very quickly. I would definitely recommend him.
