Billy was great at the beginning. He was quick to process data and get us very interested in the loan process with Rocket Mortgage. Once we were in the system, we then came to a stall in many instances. The underwriters were slow to respond with exactly what they wanted. I contact Alyssa about getting pre-approved for a mortgage.

Alyssa has an extremely nice phone manner and was extremely responsive at first.

Alyssa told me that the process should take a day or two.

Unfortunately, the process has dragged on for a month.

The last contact I had with Alyssa, she had asked me to send in some more paperwork, - I emailed it to her with a request to confirm ...I contact Alyssa about getting pre-approved for a mortgage.

Alyssa has an extremely nice phone manner and was extremely responsive at first.

Alyssa told me that the process should take a day or two.

Unfortunately, the process has dragged on for a month.

The last contact I had with Alyssa, she had asked me to send in some more paperwork, - I emailed it to her with a request to confirm receipt. That was 11 days ago.

I have since called another lender, that got me preapproved on the same day.

He told me that Rocket Mortgage are fine if you have a cookie-cutter situation, - but as soon as it's a little different, they do not know how to deal with it.

I just wish Alyssa could have been more communicative about the situation, so that I could have gone elsewhere sooner.
