As much as I what to write a good review about Catherine, I can't. She was very helpful but was never able to provide a consistent loan disclosure, the interest rate bounced around every day and she asked for the same information more than once. The blame was the IT department which is likely valid, but you can't always deflect the blame, sometimes you have to accept your responsibility
