I have dealt with many people over time that work for Rocket Mortgage/Rocket Mortgage and I have to tell you that Adam is the most memorable of them all. When he contacted me about refinancing my loan I was determined not to refinance again. Then he not only told me why I SHOULD refinance, he CONVINCED me. And he did it without insult, without smarm and without lies. And he did it without insult, without smarm and without lies. He told me he will lower my interest rate, lower the years owed and lower the mortgage payment. I don't understand how he did it, but he did and I paid nothing out of pocket and added half to my loan then previously added in refinancing charges.
