Edmir did a great job walking me through the refinance process. Issues I had was trying to connect with the various Rocket Mortgage teams to correct a couple of issues. Hold times are hours and the hold time issues diluted what has historically been a great process. The hold time issue is not Edmir's fault - it is Rocket Mortgages fault and needs to be corrected immediately. The hold time issues ...Edmir did a great job walking me through the refinance process.
