Damon was my point contact through the refinancing. He managed to keep me in the loop and walk me through the process. We worked on getting the needed documents and had a few lengthy conversations. Once the closing was completed on July 28th, he was no longer involved, and Client Relations stepped in. My problems, due to a name glitch was stalled for another 3 weeks.
