Kelvin was excellent, he answered all my questions and had a pleasant and fun personality. He went above and beyond guiding me through the entire process making me feel comfortable and confident in his knowledge. He cared about his representation of Rocket Mortgage. My husband and I are very pleased with Kelvin and how he expeditiously and knowledgably made this experience super stellar.
