I first spoke with him about a cash-out refi on 7/20/20 and he kept me up to date on the progress, and just 11 days later, I was choosing a closing date of 8/7/20/ 18 days from start to finish. Steve always answered my calls or called me back within minutes, not hours. He replied to email and texts immediately. I highly recommend Steve Harding from Rocket Mortgage. I am a real estate broker with the largest real estate company in Michigan, Real Estate One. I have had a terrible experience with Rocket Mortgage, and will not go into all the details but will say that I will tell all my clients and co-workers not to use this company.

The last straw for me is that after setting up bi-weekly auto pay, I was sent notices that my payment was late. The last straw for me is that after setting up bi-weekly auto pay, I was sent notices that my payment was late. As I was going through the monthly statement it became evident that my partial payment was not applied to the principal at the time of payment as I had verified with my agent, Darrius Scott on numerous occasions. I had told Mr. Scott that this was important to me, and that if Rocket Mortgage could not follow through on this measure, I would not be refinancing with them. I am furious!
