He was available, responsive, professional and yet very personal, he exceeded my expectations at each obstacle, one of which had to do with flood insurance and the Government shutdown. I called Rocket Mortgage to see about getting a Home Equity Loan. To my good fortune, Parker Berkes answered my call. We probably talked over an hour. Not once did he push me to make a decision, he just answered every question I had. He also gave me the advantage for each option.
