I have been so disjointed with my experience with Rocket Mortgage this time around. I have used this company since 1999 and this was by far the most difficult experience yet. It was impossible to get answers to questions. Every time I tried to get answers to my questions I spent countless hours on the phone just waiting to be answered. Every time I tried to get answers to my questions I spent countless hours on the phone just waiting to be answered. You really need to get better music for clients to have to listen to and stop the messages from playing so often. It was like Chinese water torch er to have to listen to that every time for 45 minutes to an hour. Then I would have to talk to two to three different people every time and still not always get the answers to my questions. Plus I was told I would not pay my mortgage payment for 2 months after closing but then I receive an email that I was going to have my credit ruined if I did not pay the July payment before midnight that evening for July.
