From the beginning it was clear that Sam was working hard to make my unusual income situation a puzzle that could be solved with perseverance. His commitment to me was clear and felt reassuring even when the process was plagued by delays and unusual conditions. It took a while to get it all sorted out but Sam supported and encouraged me throughout the process. His knowledge and commitment got the details aligned and I was able to get the refinance I so badly needed. Thanks Sam for not giving up! I appreciate your commitment to your work and to me as a person, not just an applicant. Thank you!Read MoreRead Less

He was patient, and very understandable to my, the customers' needs. He helped me to feel comfortable in my decision, even when I had doubts if this was the right thing to do.

Corey is fantastic. He communicates and does what he says he will do. I'd give him more stars if I could.

I'm extremely impressed by Jeff and the whole Rocket team, how quickly they were able to get my Refinance completed, how one call to him truly changed my outlook on getting a mortgage. He was able to tell me in the first call what numbers looked like and within a day the process had started. We closed within weeks and he was knowledgeable and responsive in every aspect of the process (even the parts like Title). If you have a chance to work with him you won't be disappointed. Thank you Jeff! You made the process painless and easy and I'll be recommending you for years to come!Read MoreRead Less
