I'm extremely impressed by Jeff and the whole Rocket team, how quickly they were able to get my Refinance completed, how one call to him truly changed my outlook on getting a mortgage. He was able to tell me in the first call what numbers looked like and within a day the process had started. We closed within weeks and he was knowledgeable and responsive in every aspect of the process (even the parts like Title). If you have a chance to work with him you won't be disappointed. Thank you Jeff! You made the process painless and easy and I'll be recommending you for years to come!Read MoreRead Less

Working with her became very frustrating because there was very little communication and incredible delay stretching multiple days after being asked critical questions. Have yet to hear from her since we closed despite me asking a few questions. I realize there is a portal that contains information. Thank goodness. Because we have heard little to nothing from her. I would not work with her again. ...Working with her became very frustrating because there was very little communication and incredible delay stretching multiple days after being asked critical questions. We were so pleased to work with Sam. Not only was he attentive, he was also thorough, responsive, attentive, and professional during the refinance of our home. I highly recommend working with him as he made the experience as painless as possible. Thanks, Sam!

Great experience with Austin and his team. Very informative and was always keeping in touch with the progress of the loan. Very smooth experience. I have been with Rocket Mortgage since 2012 and they're absolutely the greatest mortgage company that I highly recommend.
