Tom made this a very easy process for me and my husband. He's extremely organized and was timely with all follow-up communication. He listened and heard my concerns and never rushed me or talked over my head. Also, I usually I prefer to stay one step ahead but Tom was two steps ahead of me so that was impressive indeed.
