Very unimpressed with the level of urgency and lack of imitative. I have a long story as to how Rocket Mortgage failed on customer service; However, due to lack of space I will keep it short. I was told I was the easiest client and 55 days later I still have not closed my loan in part due to cutters lack of urgency and initiative to get things done without being asked to.
