Sean was all we could ask for!Held my hand when necessary and was always positive. If we asked a question and he didn’t know the answer he said so and then found out the answer quickly.
He obviously gets paid to do this, but it always seemed he was just helping out friends…A true asset to Rocket mtg

Colby was my first point of contact with Rocket Mortgage, and I couldn’t be more thankful. From our first conversation, he was extremely knowledgeable, and he communicated every step of the way. Even when underwriting took over he was still available and had a way of explaining the process that I could understand. In the future I would absolutely use his professional expertise again.

Rocket Mortgage completely blew me away! I just refinanced my home, and the entire experience was an absolute thrill from start to finish.
The transition was flawlessly smooth, but the real superstar was my phenomenal loan officer, Sheryl Engelhardt. She guided me through every single step with lightning speed and flawless execution.
