Kristin was very eager at first and spent quite a bit of time getting us started, then communication started to wane. Rocket Mortgage was overall much worse. While it was documented that our HELOC would be cancelled and not just paid off, of all the things covered, that detail was overlooked. We paid closing costs on that line of credit and to have it canceled early is frustrating.
